These Terms & Conditions explain how Brixel Cloud provides website design, development, and maintenance services. By using our website or working with us, you agree to these terms.
Brixel Cloud provides:
Specific project details will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
A 50% deposit is required before any project starts. The remaining 50% must be paid before the website goes live.
Invoices are sent by email. Late payments after 30 days may include a 10% late fee.
The deposit becomes non-refundable once the research or planning phase has started.
Most website projects are completed within 3–4 weeks depending on the project size and client response time.
Estimated timelines:
Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the timeline.
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions during the design phase.
Additional revisions or major changes outside the original project scope may require additional charges.
Minor text or image updates within 30 days after launch may be provided at no additional cost.
After full payment is completed:
Brixel Cloud reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.
As a client, you agree to:
Brixel Cloud may recommend hosting providers or plugins, but we are not responsible for:
Refunds are only available before the research phase begins.
Once research, design, or development work has started, payments become non-refundable.
Completed and launched websites are non-refundable.
We work to deliver professional websites that follow modern industry standards.
However, we do not guarantee:
Brixel Cloud is not responsible for indirect damages, business losses, lost profits, or data loss related to the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
You may cancel your project at any time, but payment is required for work already completed.
Brixel Cloud may stop work if payments are not made, communication stops for more than 30 days, or these terms are violated.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
Brixel Cloud may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
